As our products are handmade and crafted with care, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns of used or opened products.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is defective upon arrival.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Brief description of the issue

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or fragrance that naturally occur in handmade products

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
